1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TrenchesCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform. We believe in relational clarity—so we’ve made these terms as transparent and teachable as possible.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use TrenchesCRM solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:
• Misrepresent customer data or impersonate another user
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell TrenchesCRM without permission
• Use the platform in ways that violate buyer trust or emotional intelligence principles
3. Account and Data Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You retain ownership of your customer data
• We commit to protecting your data with industry-standard security protocols
• You agree not to upload sensitive personal data unless necessary for CRM functionality
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logic, and emotional intelligence frameworks within TrenchesCRM are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written consent
• The SCAN framework and Relational Style logic are proprietary and licensed for use within TrenchesCRM only
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. We’ll always aim to communicate clearly and respectfully before taking action.
6. Limitation of Liability
TrenchesCRM is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or emotional misalignment resulting from platform use. That said, we’re committed to continuous improvement and relational repair when things go wrong.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll notify users and explain the rationale behind the changes—because transparency builds trust.
